Return Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return—typically within 72 hours—we will process your exchange order and dispatch it according to our standard shipping timelines.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is completed.
Return Exceptions & Item Condition Guidelines
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
All products, including promotional items, must be returned in unused, undamaged, and resale-ready condition, along with the original packing slip.
Footwear returns must show no signs of wear, including scuffs on the sole or upper.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if these standards are not met.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order.

For custom-made items, our team reviews measurements in context with your height and weight. If you prefer to proceed with your original dimensions despite our recommendations, we will honor that. However, if the final item doesn’t fit as intended due to the original measurements, a small fee may be charged for any necessary alterations

Creating custom (bespoke) jackets requires a high level of precision and collaboration to ensure your satisfaction. To help prevent returns and revisions, we’ve built checks into our process:
Design & Quality Assurance: Before shipping, we send you photos of the finished product so you can review the design, materials, and craftsmanship.
Accurate Sizing: Our customer service team will collect your body measurements during the order process. Please use our sizing guide to ensure precise inputs. Accurate measurements reduce the risk of fit issues, but if the jacket still isn’t quite right, your first alteration is on us.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of custom jackets, refunds are not available. These items are tailored to your preferences—style, fabric, and finishing details—and cannot be resold.
